The site (40ft x 60ft) was to accommodate  a ground floor for parking and services, and 4 duplex units in a G+4 structure. The clients wanted a luxurious modern comfortable home with spacious rooms , terrace gardens and the feel of an independent house. The idea was to create each space with ample light and cross ventilation and to have spaces responding to the occupant’s lifestyle.
