The approach for this tight urban plot, was to accommodate an open planning, and to respond to the corner site, facing the street on East and North. The living and bedroom opens out facing a wall on their respective balconies, thus giving the clients privacy for the indoors, while the balconies still provide a connection to the street/outside.
